These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Retalk.bot, operated by Mailhub SA. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Retalk.bot.
Retalk.bot provides a cloud-based platform for building and deploying AI agents for customer support, sales, and user engagement. Anything you configure, upload, or use through Retalk.bot is your responsibility. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant us the rights we need to provide the service.
You may access and use Retalk.bot as described in your subscription or plan. Access is for your own business use only, not for resale or use by others. You are responsible for managing who can access your workspace and for all activity under your account.
We own all rights to the Retalk.bot platform, software, and materials we provide. You do not get any rights to our technology except as needed to use the service.

If you use our API, you must respect any usage limits. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these rules or if your use threatens the security or integrity of our service.
Retalk.bot may connect with third-party services (like Slack, Whatsapp, OpenAI, etc.). If you choose to use these integrations, you are responsible for your use and for following their terms. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.
You agree to pay all fees for your subscription or usage as shown at checkout or in your account. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We may change our prices, but we’ll notify you in advance. If you don’t agree, you can cancel your subscription.
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. If payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is made.
Fees do not include taxes. You are responsible for any taxes due. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at help@retalk.bot within 60 days.
Your subscription starts when you sign up and continues until you cancel or we terminate your access. You can cancel anytime in your account settings or by emailing help@retalk.bot. If you cancel, you may lose access to some or all features at the end of your billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms or for security reasons. If we terminate your access without cause, we’ll refund any unused prepaid fees. If you terminate because we breached these Terms and didn’t fix it within 30 days, we’ll refund any unused prepaid fees.
After termination, your data may be deleted. We may keep some data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
You promise that your use of Retalk.bot and your content will comply with all laws and these Terms.
Retalk.bot is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the extent allowed by law, Mailhub SA and Retalk.bot are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, business, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Both you and Retalk.bot agree to keep each other’s confidential information secret and use it only as needed to provide or use the service. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, or required by law to be disclosed.
If you give us feedback, we may use it to improve Retalk.bot, but we won’t identify you as the source without your permission.
You provide us with information (like names, emails, and content) to use Retalk.bot. You keep ownership of your content, but you give us permission to use it as needed to provide the service. We process your data according to our Privacy Policy.
We use reasonable security measures to protect your data, but you are responsible for securing your own systems. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
