These partners only use your data to help us provide our services. We don't let them use your data for their own purposes.
We may also share your data if required by law, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or in connection with a business transfer (like a merger or acquisition).

Most of your data is stored in the European Economic Area (EEA). - No AI training: We do not use your data to train AI models. Your data is only used to provide you with our services.
Data Storage and Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary:
- Account and usage data: up to 6 months after you close your account
- Billing data: as required by law (up to 10 years)
- Support communications: up to 6 months after resolution
- Analytics data: anonymized and aggregated
You can ask us to delete your data at any time—just email help@retalk.bot.
