We work with a small number of trusted partners to help us deliver our services. These include:

  • Vercel (hosting, EU)
  • Supabase (database, EU)

  • Plausible (analytics, EU)
  • Posthog (analytics, EU)
  • OpenAI (AI features, US/EU)
  • Slack (integrations, US/EU, if enabled)
  • Firecrawl (web crawling, EU)
  • Whatsapp (integrations, if enabled)
  • Google Fonts (fonts, US)

These partners only use your data to help us provide our services. We don't let them use your data for their own purposes.

We may also share your data if required by law, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or in connection with a business transfer (like a merger or acquisition).

Transferring Personal Data Outside the EEA

Most of your data is stored in the European Economic Area (EEA). If we ever need to transfer your data outside the EEA (for example, to some of our partners in the US), we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place—like Standard Contractual Clauses—to keep your data safe and your rights protected.

  • All customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
  • Access to your data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.
  • We use rate limiting and other technical measures to prevent abuse.
  • Our infrastructure is hosted by reputable providers (Vercel, Supabase, etc.) in the EU.
  • We are GDPR compliant.
  • No AI training: We do not use your data to train AI models. Your data is only used to provide you with our services.

Data Storage and Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary:

  • Account and usage data: up to 6 months after you close your account
  • Billing data: as required by law (up to 10 years)
  • Support communications: up to 6 months after resolution
  • Analytics data: anonymized and aggregated

You can ask us to delete your data at any time—just email help@retalk.bot.

You have rights over your data, including:

Children's Data
